Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear as carriers process your parcel.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (outside Australia) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched, and orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While rare, delays can occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating it.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking details for each parcel if applicable.
